Removing Records

Step-by-step instructions on how to delete records from your lists or campaigns.

 
Removing Records: Records can be removed simply by clicking on the small circle right of the name on the screen. When the circle is selected a DNC sign will pop up over the circle. 
 
Records are automatically removed from calling by the system when: 
  • A) The phone number isn't a valid number 
  • B) Record/s are not in a valid format
  • C) A Connection has been made
