List Complete
I’m getting a message that my list is complete, but there are still prospects that have not been dialed.
The first thing you must check are your dialing times in your profile.
Select your profile from the gear icon and scroll to the bottom of your settings.

If your settings look okay, check the statuses on your prospects.
Note that a closed status displays in gray and will not be dialed and a qualified status displays in green and will not be dialed.
