Here are some importnat Definitions:
Dials: Number of dials you have made in the designated time frame.
Dials Per Hour: This is the average number of phone calls you have made per hour on MonsterConnect using team dialing.
D2C: The number of Dials it takes to get a connection.
Conversations: This is the number of Connections you have recieved during you designated time frame.
Conversations Per Hour: This is the average number of connections you are recieving per hour.
Appointment Percentage: This is the percentage of converations that are converted to appointments.
