Call Recordings
Are my calls recorded?
Yes, your calls are recorded.
To listen to or to download the recording, select the Conversations Tab on the Dashboard and scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Note: There are 13 all party states, which means all parties must be notified of the recording.
In those states we only record the user's side of the conversation – not the prospect’s side.
Those calls are noted with a gavel icon.
The all party states are:
- California
- Connecticut
- Florida
- Hawaii
- Illinois
- Maryland
- Massachusetts
- Montana
- New Hampshire
- Nevada
- Pennsylvania
- Washington
